Millet, Veggies & Mmmmm Sauce!

Have you ever tried millet? I hadn't, but have been seeing it pop up on several of the blogs I frequent. When I saw This recipe I knew I had to try it. I had to top it off with Mmmmm sauce since I've been really inspired by this blog lately.

Here is the final product-organic, vegan, gluten-free & DELICIOUS!

First CSA Pick-up of 2011!

This was our basket at the farm:








We got 4 bags of spinach, 2 bags of salad greens, 1 bunch of beet greens, 1 bunch of carrots, and 1 bunch of radishes.





I cooked a bag of spinach with some Indian spices and the girls & I ate it up!

Suri had 3 servings! Girl loves her some spinach, although you'd never know by the look on her face!














We had a horrible thunderstorm! Golf ball sized hail! It was ridiculous! Our power was out for 3 hours! I fired up the grill and grilled up some nitrate free turkey dogs & whole wheat buns for the girls.

It's been a crazy month in our home-I'll fill you in soon (and catch up on the blog as well!)
