Aaron told me about this product (and said if I ordered it he would too so we could both try it out). It has incredible nutritional stats. You can see them here . I am currently having a green monster smoothie for breakfast every morning, so this will be my new breakfast (at least for a month anyway).
It is quite expensive. I asked Anand what he thought and he said "go for it...you're doing great so why not give it a try". He is seriously so unbelievably supportive!
