Fit Test (Treadmill):
Baseline:
6 wks: n/a
12 wks: n/a due to stress fracture

"Good" is 38-45
"Above Average" is 34-37
"Excellent" is 45 & above
I fall "below average" ...bummer. But, Aaron thinks that is due to the decrease in cardio from my stress fracture. We're going to "pump up the cardio" to help this area.

PLAN:
I knew from WW that I had gained a small amount of weight, so wasn't surprised with my results. However, Aaron told me that since my weight was up a bit and my body fat percentage was the same, it most likely meant that I have gained muscle. YAY! I was also very happy that my fit test had gone up- The plan is to continue with the schedule I'm currently on. Unfortunately, the surgery I'm having will force some rest, but hopefully not for long.
I was just about to tell you not to worry about the weight, since you have lost so many inches! Your weight is going to go iffy for awhile since you are losing fat at the same time as gaining muscle, and muscle is heavier than fat. For instance, according to BMI, Arnold Schwarzenegger is obese. So just remember it is all in how you look and feel!
