4th of July...2010

We went camping for 4 days over the 4th of July holiday. We had a lot of fun relaxing, spending time with family and more relaxing!

Maya played in the dirt & scooped up pine needles!

Suri drove a car at the playground! (Auntie Stacy & Uncle Paul actually brought the girls a surprise-another cozy coupe-when they visited on Sunday!)

Maya is a pro at riding her bike!

Then, they drove another car! (and fought over who was going to drive!)

We decorated for the 4th of July!

And went on a 2 hour hay ride in the sweltering sun:

Mom & Dad came to visit on Saturday with their NEW TRUCK! Dad is like a little kid at Christmas!

I made us a special flag treat-blueberry, banana, & strawberry skewers! How cute is this?!

Then we got ready for the evening hayride. The girls wear their pink & purple hair (the man who does the hayride wears a clown wig so the girls like to play along!)

They wanted Daddy to wear blue hair:

And me to wear pink:

And Grampa even played along!

We had a great time, but it ended all too soon! When is the next long weekend?!
