Furlough Day Fun!

Since it was a "furlough" day, Anand took the day off with me. We took the girls to daycare and had a day of fun! We started out by going to the gym (motivation?!), then headed to Portland. We stopped at Binga's Wingas after sitting in traffic for over an hour. This place was awesome! The music ROCKED! They had  80's hair bands BLASTING the whole time we were there. I had water (go me!) while Anand enjoyed a beer. We ordered 2 half orders of wings-they have like 20 different sauces! Anand got the "Diesel" which literally had him sweating they were SO hot. I had Thai BBQ-yum!

Then we went to Whole Paycheck Foods, where we were "this" close to buying a Vitamix-that thing is AWESOME! I'm thinking about putting my Margaritaville and blender on Craigslist to finance the deal :)

Then, we went to El Rayo Taqueria for an early dinner. FABULOUS place! They had these adorable kids' picnic tables set up:

I had fish tacos-they were SO good!

It was a really nice day!
