We went to Mom & Dad's Sunday to celebrate Mom's BIG DAY! I asked her if she had any special cake requests. She wanted angel food cake with fruit & whipped cream. Well, I wasn't able to find the angel food cake, so I picked out a lemon bundt cake-Mom loves lemon so I knew this would be a hit. I also combined a bunch of strawberries, raspberries & blueberries to top the sliced cake.
