Fitness Assessment

Yesterday I had my 6 week fitness assessment with Jameson. It went very well! I lost 5.5 inches! I only lost .3 lb, but lost almost 2 % body fat, so I am very happy!

Height: 5'2-today I was actually 5'2.25-I gained an inch! :)

Body Mass Index:

Fit Test (Treadmill):

3/8/11: n/a

4/19/11: 29.3 at 3.5 MPH using Bioelectrical Impedence
"Good" is 38-45

"Above Average" is 34-37

"Excellent" is 45 & above


PLAN:
Continue working out with Jameson twice per week.
Continue doing Zumba twice per week.
Work on portion control and making better food choices.

Next Assessment: 6/7/11 (one week late due to Memorial Day vacation)
