Strawberry Balsamic Basil Pops

I saw this recipe in my Women's Health magazine and had to try it! I'm so glad I did...perfect treat for a warm day!

Ingredients:
3 Cups Strawberries
3 Tbsp. Chopped Basil
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Place 2 cups whole strawberries in a glass or plastic bowl with 1 Tbsp. basil. Top with sugar & balsamic vinegar. Toss & let marinate for 1 hour. Slice remaining strawberries and set aside. In blender, purée strawberry-vinegar mixture until smooth. Add strawberry slices & remaining basil. Mix well and pour into ice pop molds. Insert sticks and freeze.

Per serving: 70 calories, 0 g fat, 16 g carbs, o mg sodium, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein
