So, here are the results of my fitness assessment:
Blood Pressure: 115/68
Resting Heart Rate: 91
Chest: 35.25 (minus 1.25)
Waist: 34.5 (minus 1.25)
Iliac Crest: 36.75 (minus 1.75)
Hips/Buttocks: 40.5 (minus 1.5)
Thigh: 22 (minus .5)
Total Inches Lost: 6.25!
Weight today was 174.6 (loss of 3.6 lbs)
BMI today was 31.7 (not sure what it was last time, but it went down a bit)
Body Fat % today was 39% (again, not sure about last time, but it went down a bit)
Life Fitness Treadmill test-4.0 MPH: 25.5
All in all, I am very happy with the results. It proves that if I work hard, not only will I feel better, but I will see results!
Then, Jameson kicked my butt with a TOUGH workout. As in, the toughest workout I've had with him.

BUT, I had something to look forward to when I got back to work! I had scheduled my first ever "seated massage"! We are offered seated massages weekly-15 minutes for $12. I have no idea why I had not taken advantage of this before, but I can guarantee they will be a regular routine for me now! HEAVENLY! Here is the chair:

I could have slept in that thing for the rest of the day! This afternoon I have my first facilitation for the new ME 4 Life program! I can't wait!
