Meal Plan

Sunday: (kind of random as I was cleaning & decorating for Halloween!)
Breakfast:1 slice homemade oatmeal bread, toasted with natural almond butter
Lunch: 1 slice homemade BBQ chicken pizza (whole wheat crust)
Dinner: Sauteed chicken sausage with spinach, onions, & mushrooms


Monday:
Breakfast: Frittata (this week's has mushrooms, onions, green peppers & broccoli)
Lunch: Salad (romaine, cukes, carrots) with 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese & 1/2 chicken breast
Dinner: Clean eating recipe: Cheese Stuffed Shells with Tomato & Red Pepper Sauce (RECIPE TO FOLLOW)


Tuesday:
Breakfast: Frittata
Lunch: Salad with cottage cheese & 2 stuffed shells
Dinner: Crockpot Salsa Chicken


Wednesday:
Breakfast: Frittata
Lunch: Salad with crockpot chicken
Dinner: Splurge meal-out with friends!


Thursday:
Breakfast: Frittata
Lunch: Salad with tuna
Dinner: Mediterranean Cod with whole wheat couscous


Friday:
Breakfast: Frittata
Lunch: Salad with Cod
Dinner: Not sure yet-on the road
