Lunch: Salad with Guacamole & Salsa chicken
Dinner: Chicken Curry with rice & peas
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Fat free cottage cheese, 1 apple with sunflower seed butter
Lunch: Salad with chicken curry
Dinner: Natural Chicken Apple Sausage with Swiss Chard, WW spaghetti
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with veggies
Lunch: Salad with leftover sausage & Swiss chard
Dinner: Out!
Thursday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with veggies
Lunch: Salad with Tuna
Dinner: Kashi WW veggie pizza
Friday:
Breakfast: Fat free cottage cheese, apple with sunflower seed butter
Lunch: Salad with Tuna
Dinner: Huevos Rancheros (my version)
