YAY for feeling better!
I went home and cooked a healthy meal (according to my meal plan!) and packed my lunch (and actually ate it!) today. I also had my fitness assessment with my trainer this morning and am looking towards hitting up the gym first thing Monday morning! I have a couple of appointments to work out one-on-one, so that will get me back into the swing of things. The gym schedule just came out today and there are a couple of classes I'm looking forward to trying-one of them being Yogilates!
