that when I eat according to my healthy meal plan, I have SO much more energy! With the holidays, I hadn't planned my meals as well as normal and had had quite a few "treats". This week, I cleaned it up and after just one day of clean eating, I feel incredible! Last night, I had an impromptu "dance party" with my daughters (which they loved!), made a healthy (planned!) meal and slept like a log. This morning, I went to Tony's "Dynamic Fitness" class and it felt great! I got in an AWESOME workout and had plenty of energy to keep up.
I'm also tracking food & hunger level this week as a tool for myself.
