New Favorite Smoothie!

I like to have a smoothie for breakfast daily. I have found that it starts my day off on a great note-I tend to eat & feel better when I start my day with a smoothie. My usual smoothie, which I love, has almond milk, chia seeds, Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, and either spinach or kale. I love it! But...when I saw an idea for a different type of smoothie, I knew I had to try it. I'm so glad I did!

Here is the "recipe":

Almond milk (a cup or so)
Chia seeds (2 tsp)
Peanut Butter (1Tbsp)
1/2 Banana
3 Medjool Dates (pitted)
Spinach (2 big handfuls)

Blend well. Enjoy!

Another tip: I use an immersion (stick) blender. It works amazingly well and is super easy to clean. Thanks to my friend, Gowri, for the immersion blender!
