Last night we took the girls to Red Robin for their "birthday meal". I had about 1/2 of a California Chicken burger (my favorite!) and some fries...mmm good! I drank water and skipped on the free sundae.
Yesterday I did 45 minutes (hill profile, level 4) on the stationary bike. I had no pain after but last night I woke up with some throbbing in my lower leg. So, this morning I decided to take a rest day. Tomorrow is my "big" gym day, so just resting up. Plus, it's my birthday :) We did Secret Santas at work this year. Today was the "big gift" day. And some cheese :) Someone brought in a vegetable tray so I'll stay "fibered up" and I had my normal breakfast of fat-free yogurt with blueberries, flax seed, and all bran cereal.
