Motivation Tip!

If you ever feel like you're not pushing yourself hard enough in a workout, I have a PERFECT tip for you! Have a group of 2-4 people watching you and your very own personal paparazzi snapping shots! Let me tell you-you WILL push it! And you will, if you're anything like me, crack up laughing as you're doing it. These pictures are to go along with my blog link in the newsletter!
