I fall "below average" ...bummer. But, Aaron thinks that is due to the decrease in cardio from my stress fracture. We're going to "pump up the cardio" to help this area.

I'm VERY happy with the results...I lost 4 lbs and 7 inches in six weeks! AWESOME! The plan is to continue with the schedule I'm on.
Update: I just realized I've lost 28.5 inches since September!!
