I went to the gym for my 30 minute work-out with Aaron. He totally handed me my backside, I think it was even on a silver platter. Seriously. As in, my heartrate monitor started beeping uncontrollably (while we were laughing) and my AVERAGE (yes, average) heartrate was 170! The great news is that somehow the watch actually showed me what the average was-still haven't figured that one out.
So, this was the part that did me in (we had already done some upper body stuff, squats, and abs):
STANDING SIT-UPS (I have no idea what they are called but holy cow it's not easy!): Basically I had my feet under two 50 lb weights while I was laying on my back with a (?) 10 lb kettlebell over my head (can you see I obviously don't pay attention?!). THEN, the kicker. Pull myself up to a standing position. Um, yeah right. So, I'm thinking Aaron totally wanted a workout himself because he obviously got one while he was pushing me up-ha ha. "We" did 10 of these "oh my god I'm going to drop dead any minute" things.
Now I'm just waiting for the six pack to appear. :)
