This Week's Workout Schedule

Thought I'd post it to look at.

Monday: 30 Minute Express class (cardio/strength)
                Couch to 5K Week 1 workout 2 on the treadmill (20 Minutes)

Tuesday: Strength with Aaron (30 Minutes)
                Doomba (45 Minutes)

Wednesday: Couch to 5K Week 1 workout 3 on the treadmill (20 Minutes)
 
Thursday: Strength with Aaron (30 Minutes)
                  Doomba (45 Minutes)

Friday: 30 Minute Express class (cardio/strength)
             Couch to 5K Week 2 workout 1 on the treadmill (20 Minutes)
