Since I was sick, I missed last week of couch to 5K. Today, I was back with a vengeance! Today's workout consisted of:
Brisk walk for 5 minutes
Jog for 3 minutes
Walk for 90 seconds
Jog for 5 minutes
Walk for 2.5 minutes
Jog for 3 minutes
Walk for 90 seconds
Jog for 5 minutes
I DID IT!!! I really didn't think I would be able to do it, but I did and I'm P.R.O.U.D.!
This Friday I start my 5K training with Becky. I'm super excited for it!
