but they turn into learning experiences! I went to the gym this afternoon for the indoor cycling class. When I got there, I found out the class was cancelled today. My first thought was "well, I guess I'll go back to work then!". Then, I thought about it for a minute and decided since I was there to work out, I should actually
work out! I did 35 minutes on the elliptical! Was it as "hard" of a workout as cycling class? No. Was it a good, solid workout? YES!
