I should also mention a recipe that I had made last weekend. It is fabulous-not healthy at all (well, it does have pumpkin in it-SUPERFOOD!)

I used an organic yellow cake mix to avoid all of those ingredients I'm not able to pronounce :) . I used graham crackers and toffee bits. I did not add nuts. I had a piece with Edy's slow churn vanilla ice cream EVERY.SINGLE.NIGHT. It was SO good! And totally worth every single bite! By planning my meals & sticking to that plan, I was able to have that small indulgence.
Let's do a recap!

I worked out with Tony in the morning, then went to work. I took the car in to see why the SRS light was on. Had fritatta for breakfast, salad with chicken breast for lunch, and the clean eating shells recipe for dinner.

I worked out with Jameson and then went to work. I went to Indoor Cycling at the gym. After work, picked up the girls and went home. Had fritatta for breakfast, salad with shells for lunch, and crockpot salsa chicken for dinner.

Wednesday morning I had to bring the car in to the garage to have the seat belt buckle replaced (hence the reason the SRS light was on), then went to work. I had my seated massage which is a weekly ritual I've been doing and LOVING! I had facilitation in the afternoon-it was great! I picked up the girls and we had a GIRL'S NIGHT with Phreda & MoniKa(story for another day!)! We went shopping and to Red Robin for dinner. I had received an email about the new Oktoberfest Burger and HAD to have it, so I planned for a splurge in my weekly meal plan. I changed mine up, though. I basically just wanted the pretzel bun! I had mine with grilled chicken instead of the beef and no ham. Yum! Then, we stopped at Monika's house for Suri's fitting for her Halloween costume that Monika is making her! I had fritatta for breakfast and salad with sardines for lunch (yes, my coworkers LOVE me!).

I worked out with Tony in the morning, then went to work. I went to Indoor Cycling and then left at 1:30 for a hair appointment. Then, I picked up some coloring books for the girls to keep them occupied on the drive to Rhode Island. I picked the girls up, we picked up our CSA share at the farm, got the car washed and headed home to pack. I did laundry, cleaned the inside car windows, made mediterranean cod for dinner, packed, gave the girls a bath, and CRASHED.

YAY! It's Friday! I packed the car, packed my breakfast (fritatta) and lunch (salad with cod). I came to work, went to Weight Watchers (down .6), back to work. I leave at 4, will pick up the girls and take them to dance class and then we're headed to Rhode Island for a nice, relaxing weekend of FUN!
All in all, a good week. Busy, but good. AND...the best part? I've gotten some compliments this week so it looks like my hard work is starting to show :)
