Short Meal Plan!

We had a little 4 day getaway over the holiday weekend, so this week is a "short" meal plan week :)

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Fritatta (I used mushrooms, onion, broccoli & spinach in this week's fritatta)
Lunch: Salad with fat free cottage cheese & tuna
Dinner: Crockpot Chicken Salsa (yes-it was on last week as well-what can I say? It was easy & the girls loved it)

Thursday:
Breakfast: Fritatta
Lunch: Salad with crockpot chicken
Dinner: Salmon, whole wheat couscous, broccoli & mushroom stirfry

Friday:
Breakfast: Fritatta
Lunch: Salad with salmon
Dinner: Leftover crockpot chicken
