ME Day!

Yesterday, the girls had their dentist appointments. I was planning on taking them, then taking them to daycare and going into work. I got thinking about it and decided that it would be glorious to have a day to myself! So, I took them to the dentist & out for breakfast. Then, I took them to daycare and had a "ME" day!

I went shopping! Since I've gone down a size, I need them! :)

I saw this sweater and LOVED it! It's so soft (and MUCH more flattering than in this picture!).



I'm wearing it today with black skinny dress pants and black boots. Cute!

I also got these boots:



I always have a hard time with tall boots. My calves are bigger, so they don't always fit correctly. These ones fit perfectly! LOVE them!

I also got this little jacket to go over my dress for the wedding we're attending Saturday:



Then, after seeing a photo of a woman wearing a belted sweater dress with boots, I decided to try a couple on. I was very skeptical since my midsection is thick, but figured I'd give it a try because I love the look! Well, I LOVED both that I tried on! They are super cute! It just shows that I need to try on more clothes because I can't always tell by looking at something if it will look good or not.

I also got a black wide belt, but can't find the image.

Ulta was having their friends & family 20% off sale, so I had to pick up a few items there. After trying several different shampoos & conditioners trying to find a less expensive alternative to Pureology (and ended up spending more than if I would have sucked it up and bought it in the first place!), I decided to bite the bullet and pick it up. And my hair thanks me! Seriously-love the stuff!

And I about died when I saw that Urban Decay has a travel-sized 24 7 Naked Liner combo! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these liners and love my Naked palette, so had to have them! (and for 20% off no less!)



I picked up a sample of this as I've been wanting to try it (Macadamia Oil hair treatment):



After my little shopping trip, I decided to treat myself to a healthy lunch-in a restaurant-by myself. I've never dined alone in a restaurant, but decided I would try it and just relax & enjoy. And relax & enjoy I did! I went to a Thai restaurant and had fresh rolls & spicy basil tofu curry.

Then, I had to run into Target for deodorant. Yeah, sure. Going into Target for just deodorant?!



Let's just say I had fun.

I can't help it if my pants are too baggy?!

I got a skinny black pair & a flare blue pair. And I got deodorant :)

It was a FUN day! I think I need to do this more often :)
