Portabello Mushroom Stroganoff!

While working on my meal plan for this week, I came across this recipe on the CLEAN EATING website. I love stroganoff, although I usually do a "chicken" version and it's certainly not low fat or healthy in the least. So, I figured I'd give this one a try. I was skeptical because of the tofu, but figured it was worth trying. It was super easy as well. I'm so glad I tried this-it was great! The dill added a nice flavor.
