This week is a quick & easy one! Today is Halloween, so we're going to my parents tonight (and making a few other stops on the way!). Wednesday night is Girl's Night, so we'll be going out.

Dinner: Mediterranean Cod with whole wheat couscous
Wednesday:

Lunch: Salad with cod
Dinner: Out for Girl's Night!
Thursday:

Lunch: Salad with chicken
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken with Trader Joe's Harvest Grain Blend & Broccoli
Friday:

Lunch: Salad with rosemary chicken
Dinner: Huevos Rancheros
