Weekend Recap!

We had a fantastic weekend! On Saturday, we attended Mae & Mitch's wedding! We had a great time! Beautiful Ceremony and very romantic.

Saturday night, Darcy took the girls so Anand & I could have a date night! On our way home, it started snowing. Yes, I said snowing. At the end of October. Six months of winter to go...ugh. Sunday morning we took the car to get the winter tires installed. Fun. Then, since I had apparently waited too long, we had to get winter boots & ski pants for the girls. Luckily, Target is my friend and they still had some :)
Maya & Suri especially liked the Halloween roses:



Then we went home so I could carve ORANGES. Yes, I carved oranges!



Aren't they adorable?! I saw somewhere online where they made a fruit salad and "carved" oranges as bowls. I thought the kids at daycare would love this, so I spent an hour and a half carving oranges!



Totally worth it! So cute!

This morning, I went in to wake the girls up. Usually, it can be a battle getting them out of bed. Not this morning! I went in and said "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" and they jumped out of bed! Too bad it's not Halloween every day!
