Meal Plan!

It's been awhile since I've done one of these and you know what? It feels GREAT to have a plan in place for the week!

Sunday:
Breakfast: brown rice toast with natural peanut butter
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: egg, broccoli & brown rice stir fry

Monday:
Breakfast: brown rice toast with natural peanut butter
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: bean burrito (Clean Eating magazine recipe-CLICK HERE for recipe)

Tuesday:
Breakfast: overnight oats (1/3 cup rolled oats, 2/3 cup milk, 1 scoop protein, chia seeds, frozen cherry berry blend)
Lunch: leftover bean burrito
Dinner: turkey tenderloin, carrots, potatoes in crock pot

Wednesday:
Breakfast: none for me-surgery
Lunch: most likely soup if anything depending on how I'm feeling
Dinner: Leftovers or Anand will cook something

Thursday:
Breakfast: hard-boiled eggs, banana
Lunch: leftovers or salad
Dinner: maple-Dijon Cod with spinach (Clean Eating magazine recipe)

Friday:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: leftover cod
Dinner: kale & shiitake brown rice


Snacks: carrots & hummus, banana bread (CLICK HERE for recipe), peanut butter, laughing cow cheese
