Once we were home, Anand made a fabulous dinner of seared trout with arugula, apple, and roasted tomato salad-YUM!
Then it was time to take my medication. After LAST WEEK'S DOSE, I was not really looking forward to it, but went into it with a different attitude. Last week, I kind of figured by Monday afternoon I would start feeling better since that was my experience before. When I didn't, I started mentally "fighting" it and trying to do more, which just exhausted me more. This week, I simply just decided to let it be...I planned on just sleeping & resting through Tuesday (and of course hoped I would feel better sooner that that!). I still had nausea and was exhausted, but I didn't push it at all-I just slept and slept some more. My mother had called me earlier in the week and said she was going to start coming over on Monday afternoons and spending the night so she could help with the girls and I could rest. That was a HUGE help! Thank you Mom! The girls had a blast with Grammie! She brought supplies to make paper mache Easter eggs with them:
They are already looking forward to more "Grammie Time" next week. That makes me happy :)
I stayed home on Monday & Tuesday. On Tuesday, I did venture out for an eye exam. Like I need another eye exam?! I am not able to wear contacts until I'm in remission, so I needed to get some prescription sunglasses. Well, even though I've seen what feels like every eye doctor on the planet, my prescription had expired so I needed a new one. Ugh. I did what I had to do and have a pretty new pair of Vera Wang sunglasses on their way!

Yes, they are pink and they are FABULOUS!
I went to the gym this morning and will work today. Then, tonight is an EXCITING night! I'm starting beginner tap classes!

I decided I needed some fun in my life and, well, why not?!
I can't wait! The girls are excited as well since I told them they can teach me all they know! :)
