Whole30-Day 2

I survived another day! Not only did I survive, but I thrived. I feel so good...it's hard to explain. I feel like ME again. I have noticed less bloat and more energy. It's pretty amazing what just 2 days of eating clean can do. I dressed up, wore jewelry, and polished my nails yesterday. It may not sound like much, but for me lately, it is.

I updated my My Fitness Pal profile, added some friends, and logged all of my food.
Food-wise, I had eggs, bacon, and potatoes for breakfast; turkey/veggie meatballs and avocado for lunch; baked wild salmon & steamed broccoli for dinner; raw cashews & grapes for an evening snack. I also want to note that I had BLACK coffee yesterday morning. Huge! It wasn't too bad!
Here we go Day 3!
