Whole30-Day 5 & A Trip to the Apple Orchard!

Another great day on the books! I started my day with a breakfast of black coffee, 2 eggs, a slice of turkey, steamed broccoli, 1/2 a thinly sliced green pepper, and a banana. Then, we got ready to head out for some apple picking. I took the time to pick an outfit and get dressed. I based this outfit off the scarf-it's a blue snakeskin print that I got on Amazon. I also knew that I wanted to wear my brown wedge boots from ShoeDazzle since they are comfy! I added a vest that my Mom got me last year for my birthday. Love it!

Here are some pics from our day:

We went home for lunch and I had a sliced apple with natural almond butter (I made a pit stop at the health food store for this-it's SO good and just almonds & sea salt).

I cleaned the kitchen (yay!) and then started dinner. We had a local roasted chicken and a mix of 1/2 sweet potatoes and 1/2 white potatoes. The chicken was raised by a local farm and was delicious.

I felt great today! I logged all my food again on My Fitness Pal (I am loving this app!).

Look at this adorable photo! It was taken at the same orchard we went to today seven years ago!

See ya tomorrow!
