Outfits!

"Fashion Blogger" I am not, but I do love pretty clothes and putting outfits together. And I definitely LOVE to shop :) For me, the outfit usually starts with the shoes or jewelry. I find a pair of shoes that I love (ask my husband about my love of shoes!) and I work an outfit around them. Same with jewelry. So, after seeing many blog & forum posts about "outfits of the day", I figured I'd join in! I'm not a photographer and these self-taken photos are all from my iPhone, so they are not "pretty pictures", but they are a start. :)

Here are a few outfits I put together along with where I got the pieces I'm wearing.

This was a "risk" for me LOL. I tend to wear a lot of monochromatic looks, but I do love color. I am not a big pattern person, but I really liked the colors in this cardigan, so I went for it. Verdict? Meh. I prefer monochromatics. :)

I loved this outfit! I picked up this sweater in 2 colors-black & burgundy and it is very flattering with ruching on the side and buttons on the short sleeves. Love it! I may go back for it in jade and purple!
