
Happy Monday! Katie over at Healthy Diva Eats is keeping us on the positive side of things this Marvelous Monday.
We had a nice, relaxing weekend. On Saturday, we headed to LL Bean to get the girls sleeping bags.

I took my second dose of POISON Saturday night and woke up feeling nauseous yet again. I was on the couch most of the day. I am determined to kick OCP's butt, though, so doing whatever I can to feel good. I've been juicing alot. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new juicer. After researching juicers, we got the Omega VRT 350 because it's a masticating juicer. The nutrients are preserved because the juicer "chews" the food instead of heating up.

I've used it every day since we got it and I just love it. I've experimented with ingredients. My favorite so far is carrot, celery, apple, and kale. Yum! I start out with a cutting board full of organic goodness (this batch was carrot, celery, apple, cucumber, ginger, and greens):
And end up with 32 ounces of nutrition!
I drink one in the evening and save one for mid-afternoon at work the next day. So fresh & energizing! Last week, I felt great all week other than nausea here & there. I'm hoping this afternoon the nausea will subside. I went to the gym this morning and it didn't make the nausea any worse, so I figure that's a good thing! :)
