Monkey Salad

I saw this on a Whole30 forum. Their version called for almond butter (peanuts are a legume so not allowed on Whole30). I made my version with my favorite natural peanut butter, Teddie's Chunky-yum!





Monkey Salad

Ingredients:

1 Apple, cored & diced
1 Banana, sliced
1TBSP. Natural Peanut Butter
Grated Coconut (I used a dry coconut)

Mix all ingredients & enjoy!

Note:
You could use any combo of fruit, nut butters, and nuts.
