Due to my recent health issues, I've fallen back into some not-so-great "habits". Carbs have been my comfort and meal planning has not been happening whatsoever. That, of course, leads to quick & easy not so good choices. That coupled with the lack of exercise has left me feeling pretty crappy to be frank! My clothes are feeling snug and I just feel bloated.
I did not end up getting many answers at the ENT appointment. He says it is not my sinuses and isn't sure what is going on with my eye. It is still dripping constantly and swells. He thinks it may be something nerve-related. I just know that I'm really tired of dealing with this and am feeling pretty discouraged about it. I'm going to go back to the eye doctor yet again and hope that I will eventually be able to resolve this.
In the meantime, I really need to work on the things that I can control. My goal this week is to plan my meals and pack breakfasts, lunches, and snacks EVERY DAY this week. I will also start tracking my food again since I know that helps. So, those are the steps I'm taking this week! Wish me luck :)
