My Monday is MARVELOUS because I am all prepped for the week. I made a meal plan, grocery shopped, and prepped yesterday. This saves me time and helps me avoid the last minute "oh no, what is for dinner and oops-I forgot to pack my breakfast & lunch" blues. :) What did I make yesterday? I made a big batch of quinoa & lentils, Turkey Meatloaf Muffins, I cooked a bunch of chicken breasts in the crockpot and shredded them for quick & easy meals, and I made Chocolate Protein Bars in case I had a craving for something sweet. I also prepped some fruits and veggies. Now I call this "Prep for Success"!
How true is this?!
