Katie at Healthy Diva Eats posted this little "quiz" and I thought it would be fun!
1. Strength or Cardio? For me, it seems to change over time. For the longest time, I preferred strength training (I do love kettlebells!), and despised cardio. Now I do cardio almost every day and really enjoy it! I like zoning out to music...great way to set the tone for the day.
2. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner? I would probably say breakfast. My favorite is the weekends when I can enjoy a cup of coffee and read a magazine followed by a healthy breakfast. Best way to start the day!
3. Dress up or Workout Clothes? I love both! Most times at home, I'm in "workout" clothes-yoga pants and a tank, but I love to dress. up! I like the process of getting ready-makeup, hair, accessorizing. Love it!
4. Wine or Beer? That's an easy one...WINE! I do not like beer at all. I also don't like red wine. I love white wine (and champagne!).
5. Peanut Butter or Almond Butter? BOTH! I am a nut butter fanatic. Doesn't matter what nut it's made from, I love it!
6. Heels or Flats? Heels hands-down! It feels awkward when I wear flats because I always wear heels-except at the gym, of course. :)
7. Cake or Frosting? FROSTING! My husband prefers the cake, so whenever we go to a wedding, he eats the cake and I eat the frosting. Perfect couple :)
8. Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter? Fall! I absolutely LOVE fall...the colors, the leaves, the apple picking, the cool air, the smells. LOVE it and I cannot wait for it. (I do wish it lasted longer though!)
9. Real Animal or Stuffed Animal? Stuffed! Ha...
10. Bright or Light? Bright! Especially Pink!
