Meal Plan!

Here is this week's meal plan:

Breakfasts: Green Smoothies

Lunches: Quinoa & Lentils with 2 small Turkey Meatballs

Snacks: Berries, Cucumbers, Carrots, Celery Almond Butter, Homemade Lemon Protein Melts

Dinners:
Grilled Salmon with Greens & Avocado Salad

Grilled Shrimp with Broccoli

Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Romaine, Corn Salsa, Avocado Bowls

Veggie Stirfry

I prepped this morning. Here is my refrigerator ready for the week:





Now I can go finish laundry and enjoy the rest of the day.
