Double Digits! Yesterday, I was really tired & achy-I think my body is fighting something. I didn't necessarily feel "bad", just tired. The girls had an early morning dentist appointment, so we went to that and then I dropped them off at school. We ran a couple of errands, and then I came home and took a nap.
I picked up a spaghetti squash at a local farm to try something different. I roasted it at 400 degrees with olive oil, salt & pepper for an hour. When it cooled, I sautéed it with olive oil, a couple of slices of chopped bacon, and onions. It was really good! Definitely not pasta in any way, shape, or form, but good!
I didn't have much of an appetite, so was way low on calories on My Fitness Pal.
I picked the girls up at school, and took them to dance. After dance, we came home and did our nightly routine. I ended up going to bed a little after 8:00-again, so tired.
