I did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom (worst job ever!). I also organized a huge pile of Anand's clothes that don't fit. We had cleaned out his closet a while back back to get rid of all the clothes that are too big (he adopted a healthier lifestyle back in October and has lost around 40 lbs-he inspires me daily!). Those clothes have been sitting in a pile on our bedroom floor ever since. I organized them all and posted them on a local swap & sell Facebook page. Within 10 minutes, I sold his leather belts. Success! Then, noticed all my other posts were gone. No idea why. Ugh! I'm going to try posting once more. If they don't sell by the middle of the week, off to Goodwill they go!
After the girls got home from school, we went to the library, then came home to get ready for our first local football game! It's Homecoming Week, so it was nice to see the school spirit in action! And, we also got to see Emma! She was with her Aunt & Uncle at the game, so we got in some cuddles. The girls really enjoyed seeing all their little friends and running around on the field.
Sadly, our team lost 48-8. Better luck next time, boys!
Food-wise, I had my usual black coffee, turkey, 2 eggs, and a sliced green pepper for breakfast. For lunch, I had an unusual but delicious combo: a grilled burger patty with lots of nutritional yeast, mustard, and chopped pickles-hit the spot! For dinner, I grilled some shrimp and some potatoes & onions. I may have had 2 French fries at the game. TWO! Never have I had just 2 fries at a time in my life!
Good day!
