We had to get some groceries and run a couple of errands in the morning. I wanted to pick up a gallon of paint for the girls' playroom. we got home and cleaned up a bit. My parents came over for dinner. We had a great evening with them!

Food-wise included:
Breakfast: black coffee, eggs, sliced carrot & green pepper
Lunch: grilled shrimp & a grilled chicken thigh
Snack: I had a Tbsp. of natural peanut butter. Not Whole30 compliant (no peanuts allowed), but I was out of almond butter and really wanted it. Peanuts don't bother me, so I'm not going to worry about it.
Dinner: Grilled chicken thigh in homemade tikka masala (lots of tomatoes, turmeric, garlic, onions, green peppers-all blended)
Interesting tidbit: we sat down for dinner. The rice was in front of me, so I scooped some onto my plate before realizing "I'm not eating rice". It was totally a habit because I didn't even want the rice-just scooped it because it was there. Made me wonder how often I do that!
I was under in calories again on My Fitness Pal. It's interesting because I just don't have as much of an appetite. I don't know if it's because I'm getting more nutrients or what, just not hungry.
