Happy Thursday...only one day until the weekend! Last night, I made baked eggs with herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley and parmigiano regianno) for dinner. I thought they were really good -Andy thought they were ok, but wasn't impressed with the herbs. James & Gloria came over so James could help Andy put the lawnmower attachment on the tractor-now if it ever stops raining we can mow the lawn. I'm sure the neighbors will be thrilled! Tonight we have to get some groceries for while we're away for the girls and the sitter.
