Menu!

This morning , I prepped the following:

Quinoa/Lentil mix for lunches

Jamie Eason's Clean Turkey Meatballs

Crockpot Salsa Chicken for dinners (chicken breasts/salsa/black beans in crockpot)

Carrots/Celery cut up for snacks

Berries for snacks

I also made Balls of Energy; breakfast bars for snacks-recipes to follow.

Breakfasts will be my green smoothies and we will have grilled shrimp and salmon with vegetables for dinners.

A couple of hours of prep time and I'm ready for the week!
